Small Works

All properties need electrical maintenance from time to time. Whether an upgrade is required following an Inspection and Test or a broken socket, switch or light fitting needing replacing we can help.

Inspection and Testing

Whether you are a landlord looking to rent your property or a homeowner who would like reassurance as to the safety of your domestic wiring, as an NICEIC approved and registered electrical contractor we are able to provide you with an accredited Inspection and Testing service.

We carry out the test and inspection and issue you a NICEIC certificate confirming that the installation complies with current IEE and building regulations. In the event of a test failure we issue a certificate detailing remedial works that are required together with a free no obligation estimate for their completion.

External Lighting
